Breath, Spirit & Philosophy – Yoga Immersion with Guruji Lal
MARCH 2025 – Health & Wellness Retreat, Mexico
Our second wellness trip began with a powerful breathwork and life-force session with Guruji Lal in Isla Mujeres. This spiritual training prepared our team for a meaningful journey to the ancient Mayan ruins of Coba, where we reflected on the power of legacy, balance, and healing. This trip doubled as an exploratory step toward future wellness collaborations and global outreach.
Participants: Anthony Robinson & Sheila Kersey
Theme: Breath, Balance, and Reflection
Immersive one-on-one experience grounded our leadership team in the breath-based philosophies of Guruji Lal.

Following their participation in the Golden Games, President Anthony Robinson and Secretary Sheila Kersey made a return to The Crêpe Guy, a local café owned by Cayenne, a French immigrant who made Bullhead City his new home.
Cayenne’s warmth and hospitality captured the spirit of the community. His café, nestled on the shore of the Colorado River and facing the Arizona Veterans Memorial (Eternal Flame) next to the American Legion Depot, served as the perfect setting to reflect on the power of local entrepreneurship, cross-cultural friendship, and the role of food in healing.
“We didn’t just find breakfast—we found a brother in community,” said President Robinson.
