A Legacy of Faith, Education & Community Service

“Our Inspiration”
July 6, 1941 – March 6, 2025
Our Association honors the life and legacy of Geneva “GiGi” Robinson, a lifelong educator, mentor, and woman of faith whose values laid the foundation for our mission.
Mrs. Robinson—wife of our founding inspiration, Coach Bert Robinson Sr.—was known for her dedication to youth, her spiritual strength, and her love for family and service. She held degrees from Lincoln University and UMKC, touched countless students as a teacher and counselor in Kansas City Public Schools, and served faithfully in her church and sorority.
Her homegoing service was held March 21, 2025, at Longview Funeral Home. Association leaders, family, and friends gathered to reflect, sing, and celebrate the tremendous life she lived.
